Sometimes I fear
That I have become too fearful
That I allow this invisible black breath to stop me
That my creative spirit is quenched
Held back
Dilluted
By fear
I want to be like those other kids
That just breath out the wierdness
That turns out so beutifully
Sometimes I fear
That I have become too fearful
To love the things
That I really love
Stopped
Silenced
By fear
I'd like to stop feeling nothing
I'd like the bravery
To feel the pain
So I can feel the joy again
But I fear
That I have become too fearful
Numb to the world
sucked in by the rat race
And I wonder how it must be to feel
Wonder if I will ever be one of the lucky ones again.
